Regardless of the day of the week or time of day, the employees act as if they can't be bothered to be of assistance &/or seem clueless about processes or questions asked of them. I live out of town & this is the closest UPS Store to my home; frustrated with each visit. Looks like I'm going to need to drive further to get a better experience because it certainly isn't happening here.

I do a fair amount of shipping and general business services and I have never had such a bad experience that I feel compelled to deliver a review. On multiple instances, they have locked the doors 10 minutes before closing and not let me into ship mail. They have also said that their email is down so they cannot help you with printing” services. I will continue to use the UPS store obviously I just will never ever go to this location. Save yourself a trip and go somewhere else
