The office in Waukee, the Clive office, Urbandale office, 86th street and Main office Downtown. There is still great.
- KKKeriMay 21, 20261.0I was just there and was ridiculed for incorrect address that my daughter gave me, the and how I had my return address. The person helping me had pass me up two others times I had been in and tried this time but there were others behind me. She was not nice and was very loud about it. I was extremely embarrassed and upset and I took my granddaughter’s package and will go to the post office from now on to send her care packages.
- NRNatalie RossApr 15, 20261.0I always receive my mail in an envelope form or promotional mail, but whenever I am supposed to receive my mail in the form of a package, I can assume 95% of the time, it will be delivered to another residence with a similar address. I don't know what the disconnect is for the mail carrier when reading the address on a larger package vs your typical mail in envelope form, but it is beyond the point of absurdity. I try to leave notes to the carrier on the mailbox to let them know they are delivering it to the wrong address, but not received well. And you can count on them NEVER answering your phone calls.
