Brought in 3 pictures (game cards) to be copied Emailed to address, took a minute, then gal Chris by name proceeded to edit pics, I repeatedly said, didn't have to be perfect She enlarged to fit page, didn't want that but wasn't given a choice. She copied 1 twice and didn't copy 3rd I pointed out she frowned redid .24 minutes to copy 3 simple cards. I pointed out to her if she'd asked me what I wanted to begin with and gave me sizes this wouldn't have happened She frowned, said this was new to her. I ask the gal who asked you if you needed help. Response OK. Told her it wasn't ok. Been using your store 20+ years, needless to say I'll never return nor recommend
