- DWDouglas WickJul 31, 20261.0Arrived at 8:10 AM, postal office for drop off was not open. Heard chatter in the back, banged on the door but it was all dark, no sign on the door despite hours stating it's open 8 - 5:30. Thanks NOT!!!

- JFJudy FeldkampJun 30, 20261.0This is the second time I’ve had a package to make it to their post office and it gets sent back to Des Moines and then eventually it gets delivered to my house several days late. This is the most disorganized post office.
- MBMartin BowersJun 10, 20261.0I went in to this post office literally over a month ago to have a package delivered. Delt with a very rude and disrespectful woman behind the counter the first time. After about a week of dropping package off it got delivered back to me. So took it in to the same post office to find out why it got delivered back to me. The nice lady the second time told me she didnt understand why. Had packaged delivered again and waited over a month. Stopped in the post office today 6/10/2026. To find out that my package for the entire month had not even left the post office. Payed 66.25 to have my package delivered internationally which in there office specifically says 6 to 10 business days. I asked to receive a refund because obviously the U.S postal service in this area is to incompetent to do there job correctly. And was told that they couldn't give me a refund , but could try and resend it once again. Now why would i trust that someone please explain ? . To me this postal service has become a complete joke and a waste of time and ripping people off of there hard earned money. I can promise you this the U.S postal service has completely lost my respect and trust 💯. Honestly the only thing they are good for is delivering junk mail to people
