I can't talk to a person without a valid door tag number or tracking number. To be honest I can't recall a FedEx package on it's way. I lost the password for the app. The reset email either doesn't come (not in spam or anywhere) or the link doesn't work. I can't create new because it tells me I have an account already. The ship center has no information on a package but I keep getting these door tags.
