- MKMalik KellyJul 31, 20261.0Got a packaged ordered from Barcelona. They wouldn't deliver without a signature so they took it back. The next day, after I authorized it to be left outside my door (because I was at work during delivery) they still did not deliver it. I then changed the address to my work address to ensure I was available to sign. They told me it would arrive but once I called customer service (an ordeal in itself) it turns out it never left the local facility. So now I have to go pick it up myself

Holds up package after all fees are paid without an explanation for why package won't be delivered. Extremely frustrating. There needs to be more information on email regarding why package is being held up.
