- WBWilliam BeasleyJul 20, 20211.0We have always received polite service from both postal facility and the rural carriers. However, yesterday the carrier came somewhat earlier than usual. As she approached I realized a contractors vehicle was inadvertently blocking her access to our mail box. I rushed to the end of my driveway to apologize and to receive my mail. We made eye contact as I hurried to get the mail directly from her. As I got within 5-10 feet from her she threw the mail on the end of my driveway and drove off. I am thankful the driveway was dry and it was not windy out. I was speechless. I am over 80. I am still shocked and dismayed.
