I send a lot of items so I know this doesn't happen a lot but how about instead of making the sender feel like you don't care, are an inconvenience being there (told that I could fill this all out online), and its there fault some actually helpful ideas or next steps are given, instead of just reminding them that you don't have insurance.

My urgent Express package with important documents got delayed, and instead of helping, they kept deflecting, ignoring, and passing the problem to other offices. Zero urgency, zero accountability, and zero competence. If your mail actually matters, avoid this place.
