I was shouted at from across the store because I was looking for my order in the stack of orders ready for pick up (just turning the label slightly to read the name and putting it right back). Every other Staples print center has asked me to do that myself, and with no employee at the desk to help, I assumed that I was expected to do that here as well. I’ll drive to Des Moines next time to avoid the discomfort. Update: my print order was completely incorrect. On contacting them, they could not reprint it within the timeframe needed and offered a refund. However, the only manager available had not been trained on how to process refunds, so I could not get a refund. Is this even a commercial establishment?

No greeting, no verbal acknowledgement that she would be with me in a minute. She never spoke or smiled or acknowledged me or my return, simply scanned the barcode on my phone, pulled out a sticker ..... I had to ask her if there was anything else. If she doesn't like people, she should probably find another job.

We left to examine printer toners for pricing, and upon returning 30 seconds later, found that an employee had swooped in and grabbed the printer, and was purchasing it while still on the clock. Very disappointing behavior. I will not be utilizing this store for wedding materials!!!
