  Wildly unhelpful. Call the store with a receipt question. Was left on hold for 15 min before anyone answered and they said I don’t know how to do that call customer service. Customer service said the store needs to be the one to help.

  Couldn’t find a soul in store for 15 minutes while waiting on hold calling the store for help. Only to find the don’t even sell a Bluetooth dongle I was looking for. Found the single woman working and felt bad because she has a massive line at the register and is literally the only woman working register and floor. Would have went to Best Buy but u fortunately the open later in the day. Staples sucks. Felt bad for the employees. SMH Staples

  We would give ZERO stars if possible. Ordered a desk chair from here for pick-up. Got the notification that it was ready so we drove 2 hours to come pick it up only to be told when we got there that they actually did not have the chair. Not only did they not have the chair, they told us that they couldn't cancel our order and we needed to contact customer service for that; when we expressed our disbelief/frustration with making a 2 hour trip for nothing the girl helping us laughed. So we called customer service and then were told that they actually couldn't cancel the order without talking to the store and unfortunately they couldn't get ahold of anyone and we now need to call back tomorrow. So we drove 4 hours round trip for nothing as we still don't have the chair that we need. Terrible, terrible business.....avoid if you can! UPDATE: we have now called customer service and/or the store 4 times and our money has still not been refunded. We are also still getting emails that the non-existent chair order needs to be picked up...probably going to have to dispute the charge on my credit card to finally get this resolved. Ridiculous 😡

  Customer support level = troll under the bridge. Amazon return line 3 people long. Regular checkout line 8 people long. One employee visible. Went and found another one who didn't turnaround and look at me just said, "someone will be with you shortly" and proceeded to keep stacking ink cartridges.

  Needed last minute prints for a celebration of life for my brother, staples was one of the only ones that could actually do the quantity I needed for same day pick up. Also, the associate prioritized my prints for the actual day of celebration when we needed another set printed last minute. Genuinely will always go to staples for prints now, they’re also significantly cheaper than other places (Walgreens, UPS, etc.)!
