  Literally worst service ever.. trying to print documents worker told me to go to self serve printer. Didn’t work. Ask another worker for help they said they can’t help and I have to wait. $10 down the drain left empty handed

  I have never felt so unwelcome as a customer. I was rudely refused service this evening in the print department. I wanted to drop off a project to be spiral bound - that's it. The woman told me I could place an online order or come back another time and that she wasn't accepting any new orders, she was just too busy. I let her know that I didn't need the project done now and fully expected to come back another day to pick it up. She again said I could place an order online or come back another time. I told her I could not do an online order for my project since it was physical copies that need bound. She said (again) that I could place an online order or come back another day (tomorrow, a Saturday). I don't live in this town, but commute for work so that is not an option. She was so rude, I wanted to catch her name and go directly to Staples it was that bad, but she wasn't wearing a name tag. Anyway... I just left Copyworks with my project. My business was not only accepted, but completed within 10 minutes. I guess it turned out great for me. And Staples will never get my printing business again if I can help it.

  I waited outside for 10 minutes prior to them opening so I could get five sheets of palate printed on card stock. I asked the girl to help me and she said the self serve printer had the same paper and she was busy. The printer wasn’t working so I asked if she could just print the items out for me and she said I’d have to wait 3 hours because the orders were first come, first serve. I was the only person in the store being that it had opened literally 8 minutes prior. She seemed very smug about the situation and was less than helpful. The store was poorly lit and very messy. Really a disgraceful experience.

  We would give ZERO stars if possible. Ordered a desk chair from here for pick-up. Got the notification that it was ready so we drove 2 hours to come pick it up only to be told when we got there that they actually did not have the chair. Not only did they not have the chair, they told us that they couldn't cancel our order and we needed to contact customer service for that; when we expressed our disbelief/frustration with making a 2 hour trip for nothing the girl helping us laughed. So we called customer service and then were told that they actually couldn't cancel the order without talking to the store and unfortunately they couldn't get ahold of anyone and we now need to call back tomorrow. So we drove 4 hours round trip for nothing as we still don't have the chair that we need. Terrible, terrible business.....avoid if you can! UPDATE: we have now called customer service and/or the store 4 times and our money has still not been refunded. We are also still getting emails that the non-existent chair order needs to be picked up...probably going to have to dispute the charge on my credit card to finally get this resolved. Ridiculous 😡
