We left to examine printer toners for pricing, and upon returning 30 seconds later, found that an employee had swooped in and grabbed the printer, and was purchasing it while still on the clock. Very disappointing behavior. I will not be utilizing this store for wedding materials!!!

- AAAnnetteApr 21, 20261.0Let Saturday April 19 2026 I went in to drop off a UPS package at around 4:30 pm. Before the woman even 'tried' to help she said she couldn't take the package. I said I thought all she had to do was scan the code and print out a label. She scanned it and said we can't take it. So either get a scanner that works or hire someone who wants to work. Plus if I could give no stars I would but that's not an option.

The store is generally not well kept or maintained. We’ve also had Amazon returns that were returned at staples but were not tracked as leaving the staples facility which we lost credit for.
