- RFRiece FrericksJun 12, 20265.0Had a lot of items to mail that I didn’t realize weren’t standard size. The ladies working were very friendly and helped me the stamps that were the best bang for my buck. I appreciate them so much!
- KKKatie KibbyMay 20, 20261.0I was shipping a 1966 antique vase. The lady working was so not helpful at all even after seeing it was a breakable item. Worst customer service. No recommendation on what box to use. Also, I wasn't told how they limit their packaging to two measly plastic wraps. So, the vase wasn't properly packaged in a box too big. Instead of recommending getting a smaller box so the plastic wrap would sufficiently protect the vase, she immediately taped it up and rang up the order. I would never, ever use the Altoona location for shipping anything breakable/valuable outside of something I'd package myself. I'm still in shock of what terrible customer service was displayed here.
