- KEKathy ElliottSep 28, 20261.0Only one person for Amazon returns and 15 people in line
- KYKristen YoakumSep 13, 20265.0Chris was extremely helpful with all my Amazon returns! He didn’t bat an eye when I needed to return multiple things! Fast and extremely helpful!
- KMKeetie McgeeSep 9, 20261.0Totally ignored from the time I walked in the door. I wouldn’t have to ask a lady where something was. She pointed to the corner of the store and went on straightening up her pop cooler. She didn’t even know what ethernet cord was. And when she couldn’t help me, she just walked away and left me standing here
- JSJulie StierSep 6, 20265.0I had Chris assist me in the store today and he was so helpful. I am glad he was working when I came in!
- KPKaren PickeringSep 3, 20265.0I shop at staples often I can't say its ever been a great pleasure. Nothing bad no one was rude just more like I've felt invisible in there .... until the other night... i was dropping off an Amazon return. It was heavy awkward box. I should have come in for a cart first but I was kind of in a hurry. I must have shown my struggle bc this man saw me and rushed to open the door... he took the box and ask me if I was ok I said yeah I was gunna live and thank you. What a breath of fresh air this gentleman was. You dont get that kind of treatment these days. I was an assistant manager of a major store and I was always scouting for great "people" people. If I was doing that now I would have stolen him away from Staples in Altoona! I encourage everyone who shops stores like staples and menards and home depot to go in to the altoona staples. This guy is a throwback from when the customer mattered! And yes I did get his name... everyone go meet Chris at Staples in Altoona!.... wow im coming off as one of those homeowners turning into their parents.... i love those commercials! Anyhoo.... shout out Chris.... sorry I didn't get your last name. Keep doing what you're doing... you will go far! At least sleep well at night my friend you make a difference in people's lives.
