- MMMaria5 days ago2.0Maria is a great customer agent promised that they will take my order rerouted to this place but got rejected the next day when it was being delivered. I was never informed that they don't take perfumes because it is flammable. Have to go to their main office to pick up my order. They should informed their customer. Also, their contact number sucks because now you have to call one number and will handle your concern no matter where and what location you are calling for.

I would always go here for my business shipping needs and the staff are always courteous and welcoming. Sad part is sometimes, when I need to park at the two, 15 minute parking stalls because of bulky boxes, slots were taken and sometimes, big trucks occupies two lanes. I would understand if they are going to FedEx but some of them just park there and go to the other business locations. Not really sure if the 15 minute parking stalls are exclusive to FedEx. Overall, I’m happy with the service. Thank you Kara and team!

They even print announcements with the quickest of turnarounds. They’ve earned my print business! So easy. Eddie, Maria and Dora are absolute rockstars!

She has a great demeanor and is very kind and explains things in a really nice way. Moving can be a really stressful thing and knowing that you can bring your precious items to a place and have them treat you as though you mattered really means a lot to me. I’ve used FedEx before to send some of my most precious things when moving they did a great job the last time and I’m sure they’re going to do a great one for this.
