  Horrible experience! These people always assume that you have access to the internet! They claim that they can only check your mail if you give them a number that they post on their website within in your account. The problem is that they do not assist you if you don’t have access to check online! Or they did not assist me! THE lady that works there gets nasty and would not tell me if I had any mail when I told her I have not been online in the account! So instead of her telling me if I had mail or not (like a decent human being)she told me “you have to be responsible.” So I told her that I am being responsible by asking her if I had mail and I told her thank you! Then she tried to argue with me, a paying customer, and I said thank you again and she just hung up on me! I IMMEDIATELY TOOK MY BUSINESS AWAY FROM THERE!
