  Terrible customer service. If they have more than a couple people in line they will try to convince you to use the kiosks. Not everybody likes to use the kiosk. Everybody trying to rely on the kiosk to do their job. If I want to wait in line and not use the kiosk I'm entitled to wait in line and not use the kiosk I shouldn't have more than one person tell me to use the kiosk. .

  I thought the workers…well one in particular were having a bad day. Judging from the comments and other reviews rudeness is on brand for this location. The lady with the blonde/white hair seemed annoyed. If you are going to charge me $3 to send you an email with one copy and another $1 for the actual copy at least don’t be unfriendly. I print things at FedEx all the time . It is never a charge to email it. I have gone to the UPS store in Kahului when it was fully packed, counter agents juggling multiple tasks and they were still very kind and polite. The attitude in this store was embarrassing. If you can avoid this place! Go to FedEx or use the UPS Store in Kahului. Cost nothing to be kind. If you don’t like dealing with people maybe you shouldn’t work with the public. After today I will remember to be more kind because rude/annoyed behavior is a terrible look. I will never use this place again.

  This place is unbelievable bad - not only they provide a terrible service but the worst is that the employees have an attitude. That's why I stopped coming years ago and I rahter drive to Kahului instead where they treat customers properly, not like here. Today I did make a mistake to come to this place again because I was in the area and had a drop off in my car. The employee was unclear on what he wanted, and then he started schooling me on how the package should be packed. I did go back to my car, got a tape, and taped it excactly as he reqeusted. I politely pointed out that at the other UPS store they don't have these requirements, surprisingly, as it is the same UPS service. The empoyee got pissed off and relaliated by threatening that he would cancel the shipment. Eventually he did cancel the shipment and with a smile on his face told me to go to another UPS store. Unbelievable... And he screwed my amazon return. Totally unbelievable and unacceptable. I can belive we would do this, so unprofessional. I am surprised a place like this is allowed to keep the UPS franchise. The other UPS office in Kahului is absolutely awesome, everyone is nice, polite and helpful there, and I never had the slightest problem there. This place is the exact opposite...

  Would not recommend coming to this store. Although employees were being time efficient. They were also not very helpful. Visited other UPS location in Kahului and service there was much better. This location isn’t too good at what they’re doing.

  Lady rep not helpful at all. Package was at CVS just around the corner BUT NO ONE TOLD ME THAT! She kept saying the tracking number was wrong, which it wasn't. She talked over me and finally hung up on me. CVS rep was very nice and pleasant and said many customers had complained about the UPS customer service. Won't ever use UPS in Kihei again!
