  This is the worst customer service that I have received in person AND over the phone. They are irritated with you when you ask for help or ask simple questions. My advice to the current staff is if you do not like dealing with people, go work at a place where you are BY YOURSELF. Worst store ever. Don't ever go here!!!!!!

  I'd like to give a very big shout out to Greg & his associate (sorry didn't get her name) for helping me out today by packing my boxes & giving me their undivided attention!!!! They both not only helped pack up my boxes to send gifts for my Nephews Graduation but they also helped me to get the right boxes & saved me some money!!! It was an excellent experience with these 2 Loving & Beautiful Soul's. I will come back to this FedEx Kaneohe Branch Always even though I live in Mililani. Thank You for all the "ALOHA & LOVE"!!!!!

  Idk if Eric DelaCruz works at this specific location but he is a delivery driver for FedEx and he is a solid guy. I had shipped something to my cousin and the address was wrong. He contacted me and we worked out the situation and he was able to deliver. Very polite gentleman. Excellent communication. Thanks Eric!

  Lady with the purple hair is very rude lazy amd will give you bad looks while you wait for them in line. I was in line for about 5 min she ignored me the whole time. When she finally helped me she had such a bad attitude. I asked for help on there computer which you got to pay to use and has a time limit. She straight ignored me and never came to help. Absolutely terrible service

  One woman who works there is possibly the most unfriendly on the island. Avoid, if can!
