I had shipped something to my cousin and the address was wrong. He contacted me and we worked out the situation and he was able to deliver. Very polite gentleman. Excellent communication. - EOErik O-WMay 5, 20261.0Lady with the purple hair is very rude lazy amd will give you bad looks while you wait for them in line. I was in line for about 5 min she ignored me the whole time. When she finally helped me she had such a bad attitude. I asked for help on there computer which you got to pay to use and has a time limit. She straight ignored me and never came to help. Absolutely terrible service

All I had to do was email them the file, pay for it and wait couple of minutes for it to print. Thought it would take longer. Was impressed with the quality. Staff was friendly and did a great job explaining the process.
