The staff who are mentioned in the bad reviews are familiar to me and I have always seen them working hard and doing their best to help everyone under a lot of pressure. If they were in a hurry with one customer I know that was because they were trying to get to the others who were waiting as well. So we can all be just a little patient and understanding.

But they charge an “email surcharge” of $2.50 to email them your document. How is one supposed to avoid this “surcharge”? Flash drive I guess? I’m certain that would have taken more steps to use than the 3 clicks it took to print an attached document from email. There's no option to pre-order online. EDIT: Just got home and realized that although they charged me for all 11 pages, I'm missing the last 3 pages (shame on me for not checking!). EDIT 2: Called to get a refund, and they were kind and helpful. Gave 2 stars back. Ended up going to Waikoloa Mailbox and they printed my document for half the price.
