- ESEvelyn SSep 14, 20261.0Government documents were sent from Honolulu through this post office with the goal to get to my house in Kailua. Instead I’m told the machine messed up the numbers and it was sent to San Diego were it sat for 2 weeks. I was only aware of this because of my informed delivery enrollment and tracking my mail. I went here 4 times and each time no one could help me. Eventually I called post office HQ and they forwarded back to the Kailua office manager. He sent me an email closing my request for help in the post office system and told me to come into the office AGAIN. I go inside and he tells me the same things. It’s in San Diego and he’ll reach out but he doesn’t know if they’ll respond to him in time before it gets sent back to sender. They pushed me around for 2 weeks and instead of calling San Diego he emailed me closing the request. This office is the most unprofessional post office I’ve ever met. I also feel like I was treated discriminatory because of my race.
