Forget the online customer complaint system, cases are opened, reviewed by someone somewhere who closes cases same day without resolution. Impossible to reach someone locally to address postal carrier behaviors, specifically throwing packages toward the first flat spot, not even a doorway. Numerous deliveries ruined due to soaked packages. It’s a treasure hunt to find a delivered package
