- CCCourt5 days ago1.0They dont know what they are doing in here. They accepted my shipment in the system then said they couldn't take my return from verizon because its a watch not a phone. Its the label verizon gave me. Then said I had to pay $80 to have it shipped and have verizon reimburse me. Verizon already paid them and now they want to be paid again. This is costing me $200 because they wouldn't take the package or reprint the shipping label. WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE!!
- NWNakoi WolfeSep 15, 20261.0Paid extra for the owner to pack and wrap a priceless sculpture that was sculpted by my deceased dad over 25 years ago. Even paid extra insurance on the piece for up to $5000. Was assured personally by the owner that if anything happened that she would have my back and help me get the insurance policy I took out on it. The sculpture arrived damaged and cannot be fixed or repaired. When I submitted a claim and follow policy guidelines to get compensation for the damages, the owner immediately folded and would not corroborate my story. She looked me in the eye and assured me that because it was packed by her (apparently a professional lololol) that when I went to make a claim with insurance, that it would be covered. It was not. So they damaged my priceless deceased father’s sculpture, made me pay extra for insurance and shook my hand saying that everything was protected. It was not. Owner is absolutely spineless and has no respect for her customers. Pilau business practice if you ask me. I work for a law firm so will be following with a civil suit. Do not trust the owner here.
