  Bizarre experience. This is my normal UPS store. I’ve been coming to the location for years. Today, while I was making a return, the lady scanned my phone and while I waited I placed my hand on the counter. She said “I’m sorry, no leaning” confused I said “I’m sorry, what?” She pointed out a bright orange sign that said no leaning. First, my hand was rested on the counter; I was not leaning on anything. 2nd I am a grown adult and felt like I was being scolded. It was truly an odd experience. As I left I saw multiple signs stating the same thing. Reminded me of a Seinfeld… I wondered… Is this the new soup nazi? Update: See below response from the store. Also an odd response. Simply resting my hand on the counter while waiting IS NOT LEANING. Furthermore, the fact that this is the response should tell u all you need to know about the environment you are entering. They’ve doubled down on alienating a long standing customer instead of simply apologizing for the inappropriate accusation and uncomfortable experience.

  They deserve 0 starts. I’ve had to go back and forth there multiple times bc they have the worst customer service and really don’t want to help you. Terrible rude customer service. Not just once but multiple times. They must know bc they told me to go to their other location. It’s not just one person it’s been multiple women over the past years. Frankly i wish Amazon had more choices to return than them. They shouldn’t take accounts if they don’t want to full-fill them bc they are absolutely rude to people. Never going back.

  I don’t normally leave reviews, but after multiple experiences with The UPS Store in Kahului, I feel compelled to warn others. Because of where I live, larger Amazon packages are often routed here for pickup. The problem is that every single time I have gone to retrieve a package, the initial response from staff has been some version of, “We don’t have it.” This is often said without them even making an effort to actually look for the package. I’ve been told to file claims, contact Amazon, or come back another day, only for the package to later be found at the store. It genuinely feels like the goal is to get customers out the door as quickly as possible rather than help them locate items that tracking clearly shows were delivered. My most recent experience was the final straw. I had two packages marked as delivered. They found one of them, but when I asked about the second package, I was immediately told it wasn’t there. I showed them the tracking information confirming delivery to this location. The response? “We haven’t processed it yet. Come back at 3 PM.” Meanwhile, the package was sitting right across the room, visible enough that I ended up finding it myself. That level of incompetence is hard to comprehend. If customers have to argue for employees to actually search for their packages—or worse, locate them on their own—something is seriously wrong with the way this store operates. What’s even more frustrating is that I’m far from the only person who’s had this experience. Many people I know have shared nearly identical stories involving poor service, lack of effort, and an unwillingness to investigate when a package is supposedly “missing.” I’ll be contacting Amazon to provide feedback and will do everything I can to avoid having future packages routed through this location. And for clarity: this is The UPS Store, an independently owned franchise—not UPS itself. Unfortunately, this location’s service reflects very poorly on the UPS brand as a whole.

  I was pretty insulted that when the woman offered to help resize a file she was not able to do it properly and then tried to charge me $10 on top of it. She did not ask if I needed professional help she just made it like she wanted to be helpful. It did not work out and she still wanted to charge me and then they charged me for Hulk price for copies for midtakes & few stores have the audacity. Bald lady very Rude &(BTW I was never told that my presence was making anyone uncomfortable)
