  I was on the phone with my aunt while she was in the store on September 29 trying to get assistance printing paperwork. The employee working behind the counter was extremely rude and became increasingly dismissive when my aunt had difficulty locating the email containing the documents. The employee claimed that she owned the store and ultimately told my aunt to leave without allowing her to print the paperwork she needed. The interaction was unnecessarily disrespectful and upsetting to my aunt, especially considering that she was simply asking for assistance.

  The manager/owner is the most anal-retentive , disrespectful, rude person I’ve ever met. I highly do not recommend this store unless you’re willing to go there and do exactly what you’re told at all times. She should learn words like please or phrases like would you mind… I felt like I was in a prison being scolded by a guard and not a customer. Hi doctor/owner, You were not respectful and told me that there were signs showing I could not lean or put my package down. You were downright rude and disrespectful. The way you respond to your customers online shows what little respect you have for us. A store should be welcoming and not like a prison. I hope you learn from this, but I have low expectations. I will tell everyone I know about you and how you conduct yourself. You will continue to lose customers one by one with your attitude. Good luck staying in business for long! I don’t know how I am a racist, but ok! I did not know you name or status. This is a public form! But your comments show your true colors! This is how she treats customers, beware all! Also, I would not dare stepping in that nightmare of a store.

  I was having a terrible day and the lady at the store was so kind and friendly, she totally turned my day around. I didn’t catch her name but she had really short hair. Great customer service ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

  Very poor customer service! Black Lady with blonde hair was very rude. I had two boxes with one return label she kicked me out of line while in received my second bar code. I leaned on a table and she yelled at me I front of 8 customers to not lean on the table. Very embarrassing. If you have an opinion go somewhere else.
