So groutsy, is like we don’t had right to explain what we need in our documents. 2:16 pm. I know there is time we tired but to explain your self and she don’t want me to speak. She is really rude. Is not good at work
- ATAngus ThompsonJun 16, 20262.0I needed a document notarized. I went in Thursday and was told the notary wasn't in the office that day. The location information on the website didn't say that the notary wasn't available. Everyone is allowed to be sick or have a day off. The person in the store said to come back tomorrow to get documents signed. When I returned I was told the Notary was in but only taking appointments. Appointments could only be made online and it does not say on the website or in store I needed an appointment. So I wasted 2 trips to UPS. Notary services are something that requires precision and professionalism. I am not sure this is the right place to get them done. If they had apologized, offered to make the booking or assist in any way to help me get the service I needed I would still be using them. Our UPS driver is fabulous, I wish he ran the store.

The company doesn’t even allow the store clerks to make appointments with a notary either, telling us to go online to do so. Either the workers are very lazy or the store is just poorly run.
