Abgesehen von den unfreundlichen Gesprächen, dauerte es unglaubliche 5 Jahre (!!!) ein Dokument zu erhalten, was wir benötigten um die FIRPTA Steuer zurück zu bekommmen! Dazu war es nötig ihn persönlich aufzusuchen, weil er 5 Jahre lang jeden Kontaktversuch (Email und Anrufe) ignoriert hat. Jedem dem sein Geld etwas wert ist, sollte sich nach einer seriösen Title Company umsehen. Meine besten Erfahrungen waren übrigens die mit Old Republic Titel.
