- MPmichelle perezJun 11, 20261.0The worst ever. The staff in not knowledgeable in shipping live fish and acted like they knew the policy's in the consumer website but did not act accordingly. I brought my fish in on Monday and was denied. The staff kept going back and forth from the window to the back I guess to pray that I would leave. To no avail they did not have any information on shipping live fish and when they did find something it wasn't on the website!!! The large woman with glasses please educate your staff and yourself. You stressed out my day as well as my fish please get help in knowing the policies at where you work. Do better it will help you in the long run
- IKIsaiah KandaMar 8, 20221.0Im suprised FedEx is still around because they're the most scandalous shipping service of all time. They marked my package "Delivered" on Feb. 28th 2022 around 3:14pm even though I was home the ENTIRE time with my living room door open. No one came. It's been 2 weeks and after calling the 1-800 #, they said they're doing an "investigation" but when I check for my package on the FedEx website with my tracking number, I can see that someone has been scanning it at my local FedEx Facility. They better give me my package or someone is getting sued I swear.
- MPMatt PangJan 19, 20161.0I waited and there was no delivery attempt. I wasted a whole day waiting for a package and now I have to commute far and waste more time in traffic. The option for delivery to another fed ex location is not available. UPS has this option and they don't charge extra. There excuse was noted that it was the wrong address. How can they screw this up!? My address is correct on Amazon that I listed. Fed ex is lazy!
