- SCSean ChuAug 26, 20265.0I like this location- everyone usually very helpful and kind. They will spiral bind large textbooks into multiple, smaller books. This makes it much easier to carry around.
- AMAlaina MillerAug 22, 20262.0I visited the fedex office on Wallace Ave in Honolulu around 4:30 pm on Aug 21st 2026. I was the only customer in the store when one of the older male employees was making inappropriate moaning noises while I was using the self-serve printer. While I don’t believe it was aimed at making me uncomfortable (as he was joking with his fellow female coworkers) it made me feel quite uncomfortable. I was mortified by his unprofessionalism. The other employees were fine, but inattentive. I wasn’t greeted by anyone when I entered and it was clear that I was having issues with the printer (the technology was incredibly slow and failed to print my images a few times, and when it did print, one came out with issues). When I asked if anyone could help me, they stared at me for a good 5 seconds before someone came over. The only small positive was that the woman offered to reprint my messed-up image, though she initially told me it was an issue on my end before I showed her it was indeed not. I’m not a Karen but this was a very disappointing experience.

I had 4 invidually wrapped items, but needed assistance with packaging and shipping + Special instructions. She is very friendly and personable :) She helped through the entire process to create the label with my instructions and packed it nicely for shipping. Very smooth process! Took about 30 mins. Thank you!!
