  Super convenient for anyone in town who doesn’t want to make the trip to the airport. The staff helped me print my return label, and the whole return process was quick and easy. Parking in the back.

  Robin was fantastic. Super helpful and knowledgeable. Cared for my needs. Gave complete overview of how charges are made, tariffs, customs, and everything related to shipping international. Provided all necessary shipping needs as well. Shipping international is as easy as domestic. Great experience at DHL.

  Reliable and exceptional customer service. I'm glad this branch exists. It saved me from driving all the way to the one by the airport. Highly recommend this location for people living in the Waikiki / Ala Moana area.

  Robin was the absolute best. I came in this evening to ship an international package, and he took incredible care to make sure that everything went smoothly. When I came in with a specific worry about my package and customs, he treated my questions and requests with patience and thoroughness, researched my concerns, and even called up another DHL location to get specifics. I got this location's hours wrong and Robin was so understanding. Even though it was completely my fault that I came in so close to closing time, he didn't rush at all. The fact that he took the time to make sure my package was sent out perfectly meant a lot to me. I am so grateful for his fantastic service, and I would recommend coming to King Street for DHL packages every time. Thank you Robin!
