  Twice DHL said they said "attempted deliver, no one home". BS, I was home, the gate was open and I stood on the sidewalk waiting for the delivery truck. NO ONE CAME. How can they say an attempt was made. So disappointed in the service. This is the second time this has happened to me. I informed the vendor not to use DHL.

  The delivery driver did not even attempt to use the call box to access my secured building… disappointing to say the least. UPDATE ** CHANGING REVIEW TO 5 STARS — DHL staff immediately took action to ensure my package was delivered smoothly. Ken responded to my review in less than 24 hours. I received a call from our local DHL office to arrange a re-delivery. The delivery driver called in advance and upon reaching my destination. Mahalo folks!
