  Twice DHL said they said "attempted deliver, no one home". BS, I was home, the gate was open and I stood on the sidewalk waiting for the delivery truck. NO ONE CAME. How can they say an attempt was made. So disappointed in the service. This is the second time this has happened to me. I informed the vendor not to use DHL.

  Don't ever use DHL. I have had so many issues getting my packages. They will over charge you, take double the amount of time to deliver the package then they will quote you and then when your package reaches the destination city early, they will put a hold on your package so that you cannot receive it early. When I called customer service I was told the hold was "just because they felt like they wanted to make the delivery date the next day". Honestly just feels like a scam to me. Fedex is way more organized, faster and more reliable. Will never be using DHL again.

  The customer service center is in the back of the commercial building, along Uolana Street. Quick, kind, easy service! She packed my item into an envelope for me.
