I shouldn't call them staff, they are like your friends, on your side for anything you might need, going above and beyond their call for duty. They help you choose the most efficient and least costly method in shipping. They bring your item out to you even if you just missed their closing time and couldn't find the item you expect in your box just yet! I almost want to hang out with these guys and gals there, day in day out. Thank you all for making residents feel so welcome.
