  I had a very disappointing experience with Lyle at the UPS store in Aiea. I went in to have a document notarized and from the moment I entered, his customer service was rude, dismissive, and unprofessional. Instead of helping me resolve a simple issue of needing a witness. He was ready to decline the notarization altogether. When I asked another customer to act as a witness Lyle became extremely upset. Only then did he say his coworker could serve as a witness. The entire interaction made me feel like me being there was a complete inconvenience rather than something he was there to assist with. I WILL NEVER GO BACK TO THIS LOCATION AGAIN!

  I’m glad they have a store in Aiea. Very convenient for me. Friendly efficient staff. Fast service, no lines.

  If I could give this UPS Store zero stars, I would. This is the SECOND time I’ve used this location and received terrible service. On May 6, 2026 at 11:49 AM, I went in to have 6 copies of my Fidelity beneficiary paperwork printed (including color copies). I also brought in two large mustard envelopes containing tax returns for two clients. The envelopes were already packaged and addressed. The female employee weighed both envelopes and specifically told me one would cost $7.90 and the other approximately $4.00. She also told me the packages would not be picked up until the next day. We even discussed whether I needed to seal the package because it had prongs inside, and she told me it was fine as is. I paid $16.72 with my business credit card and didn’t think anything was wrong because the total sounded reasonable considering the printing and mailing costs combined. Later, one of my clients contacted me asking where their documents were because they never received them. I dug out my receipt and realized THERE WAS NO POSTAGE CHARGED ANYWHERE ON THE RECEIPT. I immediately called the store and spoke with Nui, who said he was the manager. I gave him the employee number listed directly on the receipt along with the exact transaction date and time. He then told me he “doesn’t know employee numbers.” Why are employee numbers printed on receipts if management cannot identify which employee handled the transaction? He also claimed the packages were never picked up because USPS supposedly would not take them without postage. If that’s true, then where are the packages? There are only two possibilities: either they are still sitting somewhere in the store, or they WERE picked up. What makes this even more disturbing is that the owner, Lyle, was there that day, and the store was NOT busy. There was no chaotic rush or long line of customers. If employees cannot properly handle a simple transaction when the store is quiet, I can only imagine what happens when they actually have multiple customers in the store. The entire situation shows a complete lack of training, accountability, and professionalism. These were important tax documents for clients, not junk mail. Do yourself a favor and avoid this UPS Store location. Go stand in line at the Aiea Post Office down the street instead. At least your mail will actually get processed correctly. Also, parking at this UPS Store is horrible since it’s next to McDonald’s and the lot is constantly congested.
