  Aloha Menehune Water!! Route 4 driver was awesome. Communication and service was excellent. Appreciate the effort and hard work. Good job braddah for getting the water to me and my ‘ohana. Mahalo to Ron in sales as well and to Menehune water!! We love our water cooler and the hot water tap too. So convenient. Glad we chose Menehune Water for our needs. Aloha 🤙🏽🤙🏽💦💦💧💧💯💯

  Love love our MENEHUNE WATER setup!!! So easy and convenient. I thought it was going to be expensive but it’s really practical. Wish we would have started this sooner. Cold water or Hot right at you finger tips and best thing you don’t have to mess with a stove to boil your water! So safe and save on your electricity.

  I had service with Menehune Water and called to cancel twice after waiting for a long time for a customer service rep. When I finally get on the line the rep puts me on hold after receiving my request to cancel. Then hangs up on me. I call back and email several times to follow up. My final request by email was on 4/28 and they didn’t respond via email until 5/8. They continued to deliver again on that date to an empty house and charged me for the delivery and bottle. I get the forwarded mail in August and call today and they will not remove the charge. I’m truly disappointed with their service. I tried to give them the benefit to make the situation right but was basically told I called too late. Since I no longer live at that residence I had the mail forwarded so I couldn’t call to let them earlier or know that their driver delivered a bottle after I had moved out! The rep even said she can’t verify that a bottle was even delivered but she would have to call the driver and at this point it was too long ago. I asked if anything could be done and was told she could ask a manager but it was so long ago so she didn’t see the point in asking. Truly horrible service.

  I first became familiar with Menehune Water through the dispensers I would see at my former workplace and throughout my son’s school campus. After recently moving into an older apartment, I wanted a little more peace of mind when it came to our drinking water. Even with a filter, I wasn’t completely comfortable relying on the older plumbing, so I started looking for a simple and convenient alternative. I remembered seeing Menehune Water everywhere, so I decided to reach out and learn more. That’s where Ron from Sales came in. From the very beginning, he made the entire process incredibly smooth. He answered all of my questions, walked me through my options, and went above and beyond to arrange for my water to be delivered right to my door (which couldn’t have been easy, as there were a LOT of bottles!). The dispenser and bottles were neatly arranged and waiting right outside my door. It was such a small detail, but it made the whole experience feel especially thoughtful and well organized. It really set the tone for my experience with the company. There’s something especially reassuring about finding a local company you can feel good about relying on for something as essential as your family’s drinking water. I’m so glad I finally reached out.   One of the worst companies I've ever dealt with completely unorganized and rude. Canceled their water because of billing issues. Everyone says sorry but but the look of it they have the same issue over and over and they don't have the management team to correct it.
