  Born and raised Hawaii female who’s had Menehune water delivered to my job and has been a customer for my home for 2-3 years. Personally I’m not having a good customer experience. It’s disappointing. Menehune water has been late on delivering water to my apartment on several occasions. Even dropping off my bottles at my old apartment when I called and emailed multiple times months before the move. My husband has had to drive to their office to drop off empties and pick up water on our own even though we pay for delivery. I’ve called and emailed today asking for an update on delivery but no response. Now I’m emailing to cancel my subscription entirely.

  Love our Menehune Water! We are happy customers as the quality of the water is excellent and the convenience having delivery to our front door.

  6/5/2026 UPDATE: Was reached out by Mel, the customer service manager at Menehune Water, who took the time to explain the many possibilities of what might have happened during the delivery that caused my extra bottle to not get picked up. She also listened patiently and with empathy to my complaint and was VERY thorough in getting to the bottom of this case. I’m really happy to say that my complaint is now resolved!! Thank you for reaching back, Mel! And to the delivery guy for my route, Donovan, thank you for all that you’ve done! You guys are great!! 💖 ——— Frustrating… I’m usually patient with these kind of slip-ups, but it’s been a month and nobody is picking up my extra bottle. I only get one delivered per month, but there are times when I would forget to put the bottle out, so then I’d receive an extra bottle. I was then left with three bottles. Eventually, Menehune Water picked up one of my extra bottles out of two, but for some reason, they will NOT pick up the second extra bottle. I reached out to customer service late last week, and this week is almost over… still have not received a response. So… I now have an empty bottle sitting on my porch. I don’t have a car, so I’m not able to take the bottle to their facility. And I know it’s not that big of a deal, but it is frustrating to receive no response and have the delivery staff completely ignore this empty bottle.

  I've had Menehune Water at two different buildings I have managed and I am so happy with the quality of the water and the amazing customer service. If you drink a lot of water like I do I strongly suggest you sign up for their fantastic delivery service, my route driver is someone I genuinely look forward to seeing each month.

  Workers in the highlighter shirts are awesome,attentive and helpful. Workers on 3rd floor seem a little upright) uptight. Maybe because it's a Monday?
