  Great location. However with 3 young men working on 8/7/26 at 12:30pm, there was no help available. They told me 4 things that they couldn’t do and offered no help. One of them was actually standing while one was sitting on the counter and the other sitting on a chair in the corner with his feet up…I guess they were comfortable.

  An employee was very hostile with me when I was printing a doc. I came in to print a very important document for work, because I do not own a printer. I have done this multiple times with no issues, however today I walked into this location with a different experience. Since I've done this before, I knew the drill - email the doc to the UPS email and print from the desktop computer onsite. Well, this time there was a female employee sitting at the desktop printing computer, with a book in hand and a water bottle sitting on the desk in front. I wondered if she was on her break, because she was looking pretty comfortable as I was going to print my document off this computer. I walked up and asked if I could print this document, she dismissed me saying I needed to send it to the store email which I explained I already did. Then, she dismissed me again by saying it hadn't come through yet. Internally frustrated, seeing as I've done this many times before without a store employee sitting at the computer, I re-sent the email until it arrived successfully. For this document, to access it, it needed a password - but after pointing out that the doc had arrived in the store email, she pulled it up and asked me for the password for the pdf document, so she could type it in. I was kind of amazed, because I wasn't comfortable giving her the password and asked kindly if she could let me type it in instead. After which, I was able to access my confidential document and go to print, but before I could do so she went for the computer mouse so she could click "print". I was extremely uncomfortable with her doing this, and so seemingly abruptly - but she hit print and went to collect my documents from the computer. Which, for any other reason I'd be perfectly fine with, but since this was a rather confidential work document I was surprised she did so. My interaction with this employee was rather stark and rude if I dare say. I have the utmost respect for UPS, but given this interaction with this employee today, as well as the other employes behind the desk, I'd say I'd be okay to never return to this store again. Again, I'm not sure that the employee at the printer computer was doing that ,because she was supposed to - but I have never seen that position before. Even so, if that was the expectation, I'd imagine that position should not be seen reading a book while "manning" the area. I felt very dismissed as a customer, violated of my privacy, and I will not be returning again.

  I dropped off a UPS Next Day Air Saver package on July 29, before the posted cutoff time. The package wasn’t scanned until July 30, which delayed the delivery by a full business day. I spent hours on the phone with UPS trying to understand what happened, but no one could give me a clear explanation. As a small business owner, this put me in a very difficult position with my customer. I understand mistakes happen, but this was a time-sensitive shipment, and I expected much better handling and communication. Very disappointing experience.

  The young lady who works here is the rudest person I have come across in any UPS store her people skills are sadly lacking and the other employees are so nice

  Very disappointing experience. I went in to have a document notarized, and the employee told me, “I’m not a notary. You’ll have to wait for someone else.” What made this even more frustrating is that the same person had notarized documents for me on previous occasions. There were no customers in the store, and the employees were not busy, so there was no clear reason why I couldn’t be helped. When the person I was asked to wait for finally arrived, they assisted us right away and were extremely kind and professional. The service we received from that person was excellent. However, it left me wondering: if I could be helped so quickly, why didn’t the employees who were already there assist me in the first place? Customer service, consistency, and professionalism need significant improvement.
