- HAHeling AguilarJun 29, 20261.0This UPS store is going down and their customer service quality. I have lived here for over 20 years and the customer service is by far the worst I have seen. The female employee with the really curly hair, glasses and bangs and glasses is not friendly and borderline rude and the way she addresses the customers. Today I stopped by and the way she talks to people is really not friendly at all. The first thing she said to me is, do you need to return that. There was never a high can we help you or any type of grading at all. Just straight to the point and the tone was definitely not friendly at all.She also let me know that they now charge $2.37 per Paige to print a label maker. This is a recent change and that’s OK but I believe two dollars is absurd to charge. Also, last month I tried to return something to Amazon in an oversize shape. That same employee told me that they could not help me with that. Went to the UPS store on Rose Creek and they helped me with a big box that they cut out to the size that I needed. That UPS store on Rose Creek went above and beyond to help me and I appreciate that. Although this UPS store is more convenient to me, I will now be going to the Rose Creek one as they seem to be more accommodating and warming with their customer service skills.
