  I don't ever normally do this, but I was genuinely so sad and in tears after leaving this facility today. I came into this post office at 4:55 (yes, 5 minutes before closing as I work 7 days a week until 8pm) to ship off two Packages. They were Boo Baskets for my neices, that I wanted to Arrive on October 1st. I made a point to leave work 3 hours early to make it before close. One of the packages had a pre-paid label that I paid $57 for on the USPS Click N Ship website. The other one was the same exact package and weight, but did not have a label. When I approached the woman working at the counter, I very compassionately told her how sorry I was that I arrived 5 minutes before close, but that I had already printed and paid for one label and the second package was the exact same weight, contents, and addres. She didnt respond or even look at me. With an extremely rude demeanor, she told me that I had to pay an extra $30 on top of the $57 I already paid becuase my home scale was off by less than 1 pound. Of course, I was confused how 1 pound would make that big of an increase (over 50%). She told me that I am lucky that she isnt charging me $108, that shes deducting my "coupon website label" cost that I had already paid for. The "coupon website label" that she was referring to was the official USPS Click N Ship Website. At this point, I had tears in my eyes and told her that I was sorry if I upset her, that I wouldnt have come 5 minutes to close if I was able to leave work any earlier. Then came the second package. The one with the same contents, weight, demensions, and address. She was PISSED that I did not have the address written on the box, even though I told her it was the same exact thing as the other box, which she taped the label OVER my writing anyways. For this box, she was charging me $130. At this point, I declined to send the second package and told her that I would just pay the increase for the first package. Upon payment, I used apple pay and the reader asked me for a pin. I told her I didnt have a pin, which made her even more angry. At this point i am full on crying, just trying to get through this interaction. I ended up using a different card and left in tears. I have never had a human treat me and look at me in such a disgusted manner. I was just trying to send a boo basket to my some little girls. I ended up going on STAMPS.COM, purchasing a UPS label for only $33 and shipped it out the same night, with the same arrival date as the first package, and employees that were genuinely kind. I will never revisit this USPS. I highly suggest that everyone looks at alternative ways to ship their belongings.

  The Winder office of the Postal service is always helpful. Easy in and out also

  I rated it five stars for the cleanliness of the building. When I go to the counter to purchase stamps,mail a letter or whatever, I'm always greeted with a smile. Great customer service.
