I found this shipper and was so very happy watching the EXTREME care that was placed on each of my fragile food items!! My package arrived to my home in Queens NY perfectly. I will definitely use them again! That syrup was delicious on my fresh baked Biscuits! Thank you for the work done in the packing and shipping of my items.

The only thing they may want to work on is at least 5 days before my renewal came up my box was locked. Could have been longer as I had no mail for a couple of weeks so I had not been in. I find that not so acceptable as I had paid through certain dates. I asked the person working the counter why it was locked and my key was not working and I just got a shrug and no other response. That helped me decide to not renew and just turn in my key early and cancel the box. Hopefully they will take note and address this for future patrons.
