- MGMarina GarciaJul 14, 20261.0Absolutely terrible customer service. I waited in line only to finally get to the counter and be rudely told I needed to step out of line to fill out a shipping label. Fine—except there were NO SHIPPING LABELS AVAILABLE anywhere for me to fill out. 🙃 Instead of offering any help, explaining where to find one, or simply providing a label, the staff were incredibly rude, dismissive, and completely unhelpful. So I waited in line for absolutely nothing, got sent away to complete paperwork they didn’t even have available, and was treated like I was an inconvenience for trying to mail a package at a POST OFFICE. The lack of basic organization and customer service here is honestly embarrassing. A little kindness and common sense would go a long way. If you hate helping the public this much, perhaps a customer-facing job is not the right fit.

When paying for my stamps and dropping off a package, she hit the green smiley face on the survey...good way for your supervisor not to know how you're treating customers
