We brought in a Cubby Bed that needed to be carefully packaged and shipped, and he went completely above and beyond to make sure everything was done correctly. He was incredibly patient, professional, and detail-oriented throughout the entire process. He took the time to ensure every piece was packaged securely and that everything went exactly where it was supposed to go. It’s rare to find customer service like this anymore, and his willingness to go the extra mile truly stood out. Thank you, Alex H., for making what could have been a stressful process so much easier. I was met with a rude attitude, very little patience, and a clear lack of willingness to help resolve a simple issue. Instead of feeling like a valued customer, I left feeling dismissed and irritated by how I was treated. Good customer service costs nothing, but unfortunately that was not reflected during my visit. I expect basic courtesy and professionalism when doing business with a company, and this experience fell far below that standard. I hope management addresses how customers are treated, because experiences like this make it hard to return or recommend this location to others.
