  I visited this UPS Store on July 29, 2026, to verify whether their mailbox address could be used to set up an LLC. I was told by an employee (Hannah) that the physical address they provide is accepted for LLC formation and that the PMB address would work. Based on that information, I paid $120 for a mailbox. When I attempted to register the LLC, I learned the PMB address is not accepted, meaning I was charged for a service that could not be used for its intended purpose. When I returned to the store, I was told the mailbox could be converted to a business box once the EIN was issued, but then they refused to do so and also refused a refund — even though the service was misrepresented from the start. I returned the key on July 30, 2026, and ended the contract. The customer service was extremely poor, and I was left paying for a mailbox I could not use due to incorrect information provided by staff. Very disappointing experience. I did not come back to discontinue the gout month box I was misled on how I could use it for my business therefore just wanted the $20 dollars back for not applying the business account , the UPS store worker was not familiar with the policy and called O believe someone name Amanda and she had no customer service even after I explained to her that zHannah gave me misinformation at that point I said I’m leaving the key I took a picture and said I’m not just gonna let you keep my money I will dispute the charger on my card and she Amanda said fine we fight disputes. I use the store for all my Amazon returns for years must say bad service

  Hannah was awesome! She notarized simecolkege paperwork for my daughter and was very efficient. She completed the transaction very quickly.Kudos!
