  The worker literally closes the gate as I was walking up. It’s 1:36 pm and not suppose to close until 6. Also, why are yall even in a Walmart!! Please get a better location if your hours aren’t set.

  I mailed a package to Mexico on 12/16 was told it would arrive on 12/23. Paid three times more than what the value of the gifts were for it to arrive on time. Dec 31st and package still didn't arrive. Maybe they were referring to 12 /23 of next year. I called customer service and was told that the address was incorrect and there was not a phone number and they were sending the package back. First of the number and address was given correctly. There was only one person working and while she was helping they would stop and go and help another customer before finishing with us. It was there failure to the phone number and address correctly also the return address was wrong after being given the correct address to put in. Now I have to wait and see.if the package arrives back and go online and try and get the large amount of money that was paid to ship. First time I have used FEDEX and will be the last time. I'll continue with the USPS they have lower fees and I know the items will get there. They need to hire more help at that location and finish attending one customer before going to the next .That's how mistakes are made like mine was . Still waiting on a package and money returned.

  It wasn’t helpful at all, didn’t speak with anyone was told to call back later. Didn’t answer question of the help I really needed.

  As a customer, when you call to get help you should not be ignored and told I'll connect you to customer service when I already told you customer service sent me to you for my request. Very rude and unprofessional and they are a manager of the location.
