  I come in this store often for Amazon returns or when I order something and for whatever reason UPS keep having it delivered to the store it won’t go to my house. I called the 1-800 number however the two ladies in here Tori and I’m not sure of the other young ladies name. They are so wonderful. They always bring great vibes and energy. It’s like I’m coming into a store to have conversation not just do a return or ask questions and I really appreciate them for always being so sweet and kind to me.

  The Villa Rica UPS store is the best one in West Georgia. I’ve been to all of them and I’ll drive a few extra miles to go to Villa Rica versus others very friendly and helpful. Always say hello and thank you.

  I don’t normally go out of my way to leave reviews, but Brittney at The UPS Store in Villa Rica absolutely deserves the recognition. Every single time I’ve dealt with her, she has been incredibly helpful, friendly, respectful, and genuinely enjoyable to talk to. She has an awesome sense of humor and somehow manages to make something as simple as going to the UPS Store a good experience. What really stands out, though, is the way Brittney does her job. She doesn’t just do the bare minimum or try to get you in and out the door — she actually cares about helping you and goes above and beyond to make sure everything is handled correctly. She’s knowledgeable, patient, professional, and always willing to help however she can. Great customer service is getting harder and harder to find, and when you come across someone who consistently treats people this well, they deserve to be recognized for it. Brittney is exactly the type of employee every business wishes they had representing them. She makes customers feel welcome, keeps things professional while still being personable and funny, and clearly takes pride in doing her job well. The UPS Store in Villa Rica is lucky to have her. If management or corporate reads these reviews, I hope Brittney gets the recognition she deserves because employees like her are the reason customers come back. 10/10 customer service. Give Brittney a raise! 👏

  I went in today with 4 different things, boxes, envelopes, all things that have been sitting and waiting to be shipped. I was tired and hot and wanted to get back in the a/c. Brittany was so amazing. She took everything and took care of it, and honestly, I was so exhausted I didn't realize all that was left was for me to sign and pay. Lol It's nice to deal with someone so pleasant, especially when you just want to get done and go home!
