- SKSassySonya KApr 13, 20261.0I wish I could give negative stars bc that’s just what this location deserves. The slowest service ever. They make McDonalds look fast. I had an appointment scheduled for a new passport which ended up getting canceled by them. So I decided to come in on one of their walk-in days from 10am- 11am and was told the lady had already left. Mind you I was there 10 min before 10am. So then another lady tells me to come back on Monday and she will let the lady know to go ahead and see me. It’s Monday and neither one of the ladies are here lol. The one that lied or the one working the passport window.

The employee stated that she was going to write a note for her Supervisor to order more... well it's not like Christmas happens every year at this time... you need to do better!
