  The staff is very good at getting the customers in and out with a quick timing and they are very helpful and with pleasant attitudes

  Transportation is horrible here if you don't have your own vehicle or the money to afford uber or a lyft. I have called this place on numerous occasions for help with no resolve. The answering service says to leave a message and someone will get back to you as soon as possible but that never happens. I got a notification about a package on Thursday of last week and Ive been calling since then for more information. NO ONE HAS CALLED ME BACK, LET ALONE ANSWERED THE PHONE SMH. Mind you initially I was unsure which location it was on Thursday so I called all of them smh Everyone has spoke to me about my concern except this location. The last person I spoke to even verified which location to call by the store number listed on the notification. Yet and still I can't get any help from the location I ACTUALLY need to speak with.

  This location has improved leaps and bounds over the last year. It’s open on time, typically has multiple employees present and the lines move very quickly due to a much more streamlined flow. Cam has been a huge asset and is always kind, efficient and professional.

  Cameron was super helpful! He saved me from going to nine more places because I was having alot of issues with box sizing and who has what and he simply just made it work unlike the other places (thank God) thank you Cameron!!!! Other boy at counter was helpful and polite too I just didn’t get his name!

  My 5 stars go to CAMERON MILEY. I came into this UPS Store with a lot of questions, and Cameron was the one who stepped in to help me. He was patient, knowledgeable, and took the time to explain everything without making me feel rushed. He made what could have been a stressful visit incredibly easy. It’s clear he genuinely cares about the customers and takes pride in his work. If every business had someone like Cameron, customer service would be in a much better place. If you stop by, I definitely recommend asking for Cameron. His customer service is outstanding!
