  First of all, I was charged more than what I was told by the girl that was checking me out at the register to fax five pages. The customer service here is just absolutely horrible. Not professional in anyway and there’s a major breakdown in communication with no integrity like the store claims that they have. The issue was never resolved. I never even got a courtesy call from the store nor did the corporate even try to resolve the issue. The utmost total disregard for the customer service. This was just a horrible experience. I will never come here again, being in business myself, you give your customer a courtesy call and let the customer explain the issue. You don’t just totally blow them off which this store did so. I will never do business here again. Everyone should double check their receipts too so that you’re not overcharged like I was for service you never got.!!!!

  This UPS Store has left me in tears and has been one of the worst shipping experiences I have ever had. I recently lost my grandmother, and I trusted UPS Store 2470 to carefully package and ship very fragile and sentimental belongings from Valdosta, Georgia, to Colorado Springs, Colorado. Before shipping, I personally went into the store and spoke with two employees. I clearly explained that the items were extremely fragile and important to me. I was assured that the items would be properly packed with bubble wrap and that the box would be secured and marked as fragile. Tape was placed around the box which said, heavy, but never specified that it’s fragile. When I received the package, I was devastated. The box looked like a box of trash. Some items were wrapped in bubble wrap, while others were not properly protected at all. The box was extremely heavy, torn, and appeared to have been poorly handled and packed. As a result, several of my grandmother’s belongings were broken and damaged. These are items that I can never replace, which makes this situation even more heartbreaking. I have contacted the store numerous times and also filed a complaint with UPS Corporate. Despite sending multiple emails and making repeated attempts to get this situation addressed, I still have not received an acceptable resolution or adequate response. UPS Store 2470 has left an awful taste in my mouth. I trusted them with belongings that had tremendous sentimental value, and that trust was not respected. This was not simply a package—it contained pieces of my grandmother that I will never be able to get back. I would strongly encourage anyone shipping fragile or irreplaceable belongings to think twice before trusting this location with them.

  Transportation is horrible here if you don't have your own vehicle or the money to afford uber or a lyft. I have called this place on numerous occasions for help with no resolve. The answering service says to leave a message and someone will get back to you as soon as possible but that never happens. I got a notification about a package on Thursday of last week and Ive been calling since then for more information. NO ONE HAS CALLED ME BACK, LET ALONE ANSWERED THE PHONE SMH. Mind you initially I was unsure which location it was on Thursday so I called all of them smh Everyone has spoke to me about my concern except this location. The last person I spoke to even verified which location to call by the store number listed on the notification. Yet and still I can't get any help from the location I ACTUALLY need to speak with.
