- MMMarieAug 28, 20265.0Went in around 11:30for some stamps. Pleasant and helpful employees.
- CCChrisJul 16, 20261.0I was told I could not be on my be on my phone which I find odd as the post office employee Nikki/Nicole had her Apple AirPod in and allowed me to hear her inappropriate conversation. Employees should not be able to have there EarPods in to talk on the phone and listen to music. In addition they need to know how to professionally tell customers they cannot talk on their phone while at the counter. It would have been more beneficial for her to stock the priority envelopes and labels so that customers did not have to wait until they get to the front of the line to get a label to fill out. Also they lock the door only allowing 2 customers in at a time. so it’s impossible for you to get a label before hand and fill it out while you wait in line. I will be sending my concerns up to corporate since this is a service we all pay for. I expect the same level of service and professionalism from this post office that I get from any other one I frequent. Please either retrain employees or get rid of them. 7/16/2026 4:15p Thank you

And I am a very patient person when it comes to people with Nasty attitudes but i had to hang up on her before i got really disrespectful and that is out of character for me. She was not trying to hear where i was coming from or let me know what steps i need to take to insure i get my items. I never experienced such a nasty tone when talking to someone at the post office over the phone. It's been almost a month and i STILL have not received my things and they are the last ones to have touched my belongings
