  The overall professionalism of the location, and the manager, James, went above and beyond to assist me with my package needs. This location is further from my residence, but it will definitely be my 1st choice moving forward.

  This store does not deserve not one Star. Some of the Workers are Very Unprofessional and some of them are not Customer Service Material. I was being served by a Service Representative and I give him my Two Documents and a receipt from my Notary to mail. He put my receipt down on his computer and he left to look for the Envelope to mail it off. Another Representative came to his station and picked up the receipt and she waited on another customer. When my Representative came back to put my receipt in the envelope with the other two documents he couldn't find it because she picked up and she don't know where she did with the receipt. The Store Is Not Spacious. It's Very Small For The Large Crowd It Service.

  I rarely leave negative reviews, but my experience at the UPS Store in Union City, GA was unacceptable. The manager, Andy, was dismissive, rude, and unprofessional from the moment I asked about my packages. UPS offers Customer Pickup services, and I paid the $5 per package fee because, as an over-the-road truck driver who has delivered to every state except Hawaii, I rely on services like this while I’m on the road. When I arrived, I was informed that my packages had been rejected. When I asked why, Andy told me that she was the manager and that she was the one who rejected them, but I was never given a reasonable explanation for the decision. Instead of trying to resolve the issue, she told me I could wait up to three hours for the store owner to arrive if I wanted to discuss it further. I’ve spent hundreds of dollars over the years on package holding and pickup services in multiple states and have never experienced anything like this. Every other location has treated me with professionalism and respect. This experience ensured that I will never patronize this location again. The surrounding area already left a poor first impression, and the unprofessional attitude I encountered only reinforced my decision not to return. The only employee I encountered who appeared to need additional customer service training was Andy. Customers deserve clear communication, respect, and professionalism—especially when they’re paying for a service.

  I visited the UPS Store this morning and had the pleasure of being assisted by Associate Von. She is truly a hard worker, a multi tasker, and goes above and beyond to help. I want to commend Von on her professionalism, kindness, helpfulness and for going above and beyond what I expected of her. Her attention to providing Superior Customer Service is impeccable. She is a true asset to your company.
