I went into this store to return some items, I was having trouble locating the return and barcode section on my phone the lady with the long red braids was very unprofessional and not helpful at all, (my receipt says Bre’Aunna, not sure if this is her name) she asked me to stand to the side while she helped other customers. Thankfully, the other worker, a young man assisted me and helped me to return the items, while he was helping me the lady told him that he could not help because there was a line. I am a customer as well as the others in line. The next time I need to visit a UPS store, I will drive the extra miles to the Fayetteville store where the customer service is exceptional.
