- RKRobert KimJun 20, 20261.0Absolutely horrible company. They should take the logistics out of their name. They were supposed to deliver between 11-3. I called at 3,5,8 and they said it’s close and on the truck. Waited til later in the evening and no show. I call the next morning and now they say they can’t find the massage chair. It was never on the truck. So they not only told me a lie but they are incompetent to lose a giant fright. How in 2026 for a logistics company do you not understand logistics? Terrible terrible!

Not even a single pallet has been loaded into the trailer yet. I have asked multiple times, and everyone just says, 'We don't know.' I have no idea how much longer this is going to take."

Can I drop off an item for return at your facility?
