  I do not recommend this UPS Store location in Tyrone, Georgia. On Saturday, I paid $5.99 to have a return label printed from a barcode. The label was printed, but the staff failed to place it on my package and instead attached it to another customer’s package containing expensive business merchandise. My package was shipped incorrectly and eventually returned to my home on Tuesday. This is especially concerning because it was not the first labeling mistake I experienced at this location—this was the third time the staff failed to attach a label correctly. When I returned to report the issue, there was no apology, empathy, or meaningful attempt to resolve the situation. Employees discussed the matter with the owner by phone while I stood there, as a line formed, and I was essentially told that the problem was not their responsibility. I paid for a service, and the store failed to complete it correctly. Mistakes can happen, but accountability, communication, and basic customer service should follow. I strongly recommend that management address this location’s repeated labeling errors and lack of professionalism.

  I had a great customer service experience on a day after a holiday when there was a steady stream of customers. The customer service member maintained a friendly disposition and tried to support every one.

  Awful. If you want documents printed, this is not the place. There is a 2.25 EMAIL FEE PER PAGE plus the printing fee per page. For a 20 page document, I would pay $50. Thats exorbitant to say the least and the person behind the counter was rude.
