They are never personable and seem annoyed to be there. I get it can be a stressful job and dealing with the public is tough but smiling and being friendly with people goes a long way. I work in customer service myself...if you don't like people than please get a new job!!!

The employee said if it wasn't in the box it hadn't arrived. I told her I had called the company & they confirmed it had arrived. She told me the company was mistaken. I showed the tracking info showing it had arrived. Another employee got involved and said it was out for delivery since I had put the wrong information down. (I had given the correct info to the company I ordered from on the phone and THEY transposed it.) I was then yelled at because I had an attitude (I guess because I wanted my package) and was told I needed to apologize. I have never met ruder people in my life.
