- LKleslie kinseyDec 20, 20231.0Purchased a money order from the post office, mailed from this location at the same time, and we actually handed it to a supervisor. They have lost this piece of mail. I had to come up with my rent payment again. Wait for trace to be done, which has to be filled out in the post office. Can't do online like most money orders. Then, wait for a refund minuse $17. Great service. Update: While trying to get trace done, I decided to file a complaint thru the post office 800#. Upper management left a message for me stating that once it leaves their hands, meaning the post office in which we left it at its not their responsibility. So I put a stamp on, drop mail off to be delivered, and it's not the post office responsibility to make sure it gets delivered. 🤔
