- SESarah EdwardsJul 8, 20261.0Put in a change od Address and received a letter that i had to come and show who i am with two fors of Id. waited two weeks for my mail but no mail. Went back to find out what happened to my mail and the whire guy told me that my information was deleted from the computer system. I had to show my Id again and I am still waiting to receive my mail. This has been goung on for over a month. So my fail is where???? Yall need to do better training with the man up front because this does not make any sense. I did an adress change in North Augusta on May 27. If i had know all this crap was going to happen i would had just kept my post office box in North Augusta. WHERE IS MY MAIL. IT SHOUD NOT TAKE THIS LING TO DO A MAIL Transfere. Do better.

I depend on this office to run my business, not only to deliver my products to my customers in a timely matter but to receive supplies and they never fail. Every time I go in the office, the employees are kind, apologize for any wait time, and get me what I need. I appreciate them greatly!
