- LGLaurie GodbeeMay 30, 20261.0Horrible service. The weekend couriers are good but during the week you can forget about getting your packages. The tracking always says driveway or front door not accessible. I access my front door every day. Tracking should say courier too lazy to deliver packages

I watched our carrier slam it several times with a piece of envelope from a package sticking out of it. Amazon packages and other packages are not delivered on time. Mail and packages delivered to wrong address numerous times. Packages damaged several times and have many photos to prove this. UPS hands off packages to USPS and that delays our package delivery also. I would give zero stars as far as rural service. Lady I speak with when calling Sylvania Post Office very nice and polite. I would give her a star. We have called numerous times and complained even our children have when waiting on packages for their jobs that weren’t delivered on time have complained. We called from 2pm to 3:30 pm the other day non stop and got no answer at all. So we called the 800 number and will be calling them with any future complaints from now on.
