- LBLorraine Buchbinder3 days ago1.0This Post Office is like the original amateur hour!! Mail gets delivered to the wrong address often! If I put a vacation stop on my mail delivery, it gets ignored and the carrier delivers the mail anyway! This has happened three times in our recent trips! Now, they can’t seem to consistently deliver my weekly New Yorker magazine! I don’t receive the magazine and then I call and complain! I get the run around. And they say things like it is out of their control. And then, Lo and behold the said magazine magically is delivered the next day!I wonder where it was stashed!!??!! The post office has been in decline for years!! And the Suwanee post office is amongst the worst. And I am not even describing the time about four years ago when I mailed a check for a bill I was paying at the mailbox directly in front of the post office. It was fished out by someone or someone in the post office opened the envelope, erased the check, wrote the now blank check out to themselves and tried to cash it. Fortunately, our bank caught it and we were fine! But it was really inconvenient and truly annoying!!! So, now I am not comfortable mailing anything from the post office and have been forced to pay bills in a different manner!!

- TSTy StarksAug 14, 20261.0The older lady with the cane does not need to be on the front line if she is going to have such a horrible attitude. She is very dismissive and does not want to help.
- SSSunil SahuAug 14, 20265.0I had to get my passport done for my daughter and I was a late by a few minutes, Soney was kind enough to accommodate us and the whole process for only 15 mins including taking a picture. It's the fastest I have experienced since a long time. Loved it.
