- TTthatcreaticebrooke101Aug 3, 20261.0My mail lady has continuously folded packages, shoved them into my mailbox and continuously left packages out in the rain. Most of my packages cannot be damaged because they are fragile, everything from paperwork or other items that could break easily. I have repeatedly told them this multiple times and I have repeatedly had to re-buy stuff where she has destroyed it because she doesn’t want to get out of her vehicle. This issue has cost me hundreds of dollars, I have had to re buy multiple different orders. The most one order has costed off. The top of my head has been $120.I live on the highway where everyone drives by which means anyone can come up and steal my packages. I have reported her multiple times and they have yet to do something about her and her rude attitude.
- CACasey Lynnn AbernathyJun 20, 20261.0I debated on posting this because I know it’s not going to help howeverI ordered these two vintage plates and both of the boxes had big red fragile stickers on them, Inside they were wrapped extremely good however, when I receive them the boxes was destroyed looking and this is just one time I’ve had multiple since 🤬 this Post Office does not have no consideration for people‘s packages and most of the workers do not either, I also have a video of one of them throwing my package on my porch
- TBTINA BENNANIApr 28, 20262.0I had a small package that they say was undeliverable, which is untrue. Stated a driveway issue, which is crazy also. They didn't even have to go up a driveway. I have a big package box right beside my mailbox that they know is there. They dropped off mail but couldn't put a small package that I was needing and was promised from the sender in one day delivery. This irritates me because they have done this before, which is why we have a big package delivery box.
- EEElizabethAug 30, 20251.0I have previously made several complaints to this post office to where it got to the point of having my packages delivered to my place of employment that is NOT delivered by Summerville PO. After quite some time passed I'd have them delivered to both places. Really not had any issues! Enough is enough, first you deliver someone else's packages last weekend to my front porch and the next weekend your putting mine out by the road in the front of mailbox. Just pure laziness and carelessness! DO BETTER!!!
