- KLKiara LottJun 25, 20261.0The supervisor left a young lady to work a long line which caused allll of us to sit in line 2 hours only to change my address. When the supervisor did make it up she suggested loudly that her register was down and not working

I needed to send certified letter and this location did not have any return receipts, but was willing to proceed with the receipt that was to be affixed to my letter. However, the purpose of sending certified is to have confirmation the individual signed for it. There was a line of at least 6 other customers and the other USPS employee could could be heard on a call about her medical situation. There was no sense of urgency and no customer service concern. The young lady at the counter (new employee) was pleasant and did attempt to search the front and back area for the item. They need to do a better job of keeping inventory of their supplies. This took place Saturday morning 6.13,26 around 10am.

After 35 minutes, someone else finally came out front, but only for people like me who was there to pick up. Can't imagine how long it would have taken if I had to send something. Federal tax paying money at it's finest.
